This is the English version. The Portuguese version is the official one and prevails if the two differ.

Status: Version 1
Version: V1 — initial operation in Brazil
Language: Official English version — the Portuguese original prevails
Last updated: 2026-10-01

Language and prevailing version

These Terms of Use were originally drafted in Portuguese for the Brazilian market. This English version is provided so that English-speaking users, creators and partners can read the same terms, and it reproduces the Portuguese text in full, with the same section numbering.

The Portuguese version remains the governing version. These Terms are governed by and interpreted under Brazilian law, and in the event of any divergence, conflict or doubt as to interpretation between the two versions, the Portuguese text prevails.

Welcome to Triboo. These Terms govern access to and use of the platform, including communities, content, events, profiles, management tools, plans, subscriptions, payments and any engagement features that are available.

By creating an account or using Triboo, the user declares that they have read and agree to these Terms. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, made permanently and accessibly available on the platform. Anyone who does not agree must not use the platform.

Product in validation

Triboo is at an early stage of development and validation in Brazil. Features may be released, limited, changed or removed in line with testing, feedback and product evolution, respecting legal rights and purchases already made.

1. Identification of Triboo

  • Party responsible for the platform: 66.537.277 Thiago Tanjin Chiu
  • Company tax ID (CNPJ): 66.537.277/0001-66

2. What Triboo is

Triboo is a platform for creating, managing and monetizing online communities, for creators, experts, educators, professionals, brands and organizations. Depending on the plan and the product stage, a community may include:

  • a feed with posts, comments, replies and likes;
  • modules, lessons, embedded videos, files and links;
  • an event calendar and event links;
  • a member directory and member profiles;
  • points, levels, rankings, progress or other engagement mechanics, where enabled;
  • a presentation and join page;
  • free or paid plans and access control;
  • administrative tools for the community, members, content and events.

Triboo provides technology and operational support. The creator is responsible for the proposition, content, price, benefits, internal rules, moderation and delivery of their community, without prejudice to Triboo's own liabilities under the law.

3. Definitions

TermDefinition
UserA person who accesses or uses Triboo.
MemberA user who takes part in one or more communities.
CreatorThe person responsible for a community, who sets its proposition, content, price, rules and delivery. In paid communities, the creator is the supplier of the offer and the holder of the charge.

ModeratorA person authorized to help with organization and moderation, with limited permissions.
CommunityA free or paid digital space created on Triboo.
ContentText, image, video, audio, file, link, comment, lesson, event or other material published.

Payment providerA third party that processes charges, subscriptions, transfers, refunds and financial checks.

4. Who may use Triboo

Triboo V1 is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over who are legally capable of entering into contracts. When creating the account, the user declares that they meet the minimum age. The user must provide true, complete and up-to-date information and comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the rules of the communities.

Triboo may request confirmation of identity or age and may suspend accounts where there is inconsistency, fraud, risk or use by someone below the minimum age.

5. Account and security

The user is responsible for protecting their credentials, not sharing the account, keeping their data up to date and immediately reporting unauthorized use. Triboo may apply checks, additional authentication, attempt limits, preventive blocks and other security measures.

Administrator and creator accounts may be subject to additional requirements for security, identity verification, business registration, KYC or validation by the payment provider.

6. How communities work

Each community has its own proposition, rules, content, events, price, benefits, frequency and responsible parties. Before subscribing, the member must check the offer page, the benefits, the identity of the responsible party, the price, renewal, cancellation and the applicable policies.

Before a member subscribes to a paid community, the offer page will show the identification of the responsible creator — name or company name, individual or company tax ID (CPF or CNPJ), address and contact channel — and a summary of the purchase conditions, with the price, frequency, automatic renewal, how to cancel, the right of withdrawal and, where offered, any additional refund period the creator provides, highlighting any conditions that limit rights. After payment, the member will receive, by electronic means, confirmation of the purchase and access to those conditions in a format that allows them to be kept.

The member must respect the community's rules, the legitimate instructions of administrators and moderators, and Brazilian law.

7. Triboo's role and the creator's responsibility

Triboo provides technology infrastructure, access control, content tools, community, events, management features and payment integration. Triboo does not create or pre-vet all content published by creators and members.

The creator is responsible for:

  • describing the offer truthfully, clearly and in an up-to-date way;
  • delivering the content, events, support and benefits promised;
  • stating the price, frequency, renewal, cancellation, limitations and any requirements;
  • respecting consumer rights, intellectual property, likeness, privacy and professional rules;
  • maintaining adequate moderation and a contact channel;
  • not making misleading promises or unfounded guarantees of results;
  • using member data only for permitted and authorized purposes;
  • meeting the applicable tax, professional and regulatory obligations.

The specific obligations of anyone who creates and operates a community are set out in the Creator Terms, accepted separately when the first community is created.

Triboo may require the offer to be corrected, suspend charges, restrict access or remove communities that breach the law, these Terms or safety and trust standards.

8. Content, lessons, events and access

Communities may offer free or paid content. Access may depend on plan, payment, role, progress, level or a stated rule. Features not yet available in V1 do not constitute an obligation to deliver, save for a specific written commitment or an advertising offer that binds Triboo under consumer law.

Unless expressly authorized, members may not copy, record, redistribute, sell, share credentials for, or commercially exploit content from Triboo or from the communities.

8.1 Recording of events and live streams

Events and live streams may be recorded by the creator, who must announce the recording before or at the start of the event. A participant who does not wish to appear may keep their camera and microphone off. The recording may only be made available to members of the same community; any other use of the participants' likeness or voice requires specific authorization.

9. Posts and conduct

The Triboo Community Rules set out these same limits in plain language. They make the rules easier to read but do not replace this section: in case of divergence, the wording of these Terms prevails.

It is prohibited to use Triboo for:

  • illegal, discriminatory, abusive, threatening or defamatory content, or content that promotes harassment;
  • content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children or adolescents, in any form;
  • disclosure of intimate or nude images, videos or other material of third parties without the consent of the people shown;
  • sexually explicit or pornographic content;
  • glorification of or incitement to violence, terrorism, anti-democratic acts, suicide or self-harm;
  • human trafficking, and offering weapons, drugs or other illegal goods and services;
  • improper exposure of personal data, sensitive data, confidential information or sealed court records;
  • infringement of copyright, trademarks, likeness, privacy or other rights;
  • spam, fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, abusive lead capture or misleading promises;
  • offering activities that require an authorization or registration the person responsible does not hold, such as investment recommendations, betting or products subject to health regulation, as set out in the Creator Terms;
  • draws, raffles, contests or prizes with economic value without the authorization required by the law on prize distribution;
  • paid electoral advertising or advertising in breach of electoral law, and fabricated or manipulated content, including through artificial intelligence, intended to deceive about people, facts or the electoral process;
  • malware, viruses, phishing, intrusion attempts or unauthorized access;
  • scraping, bots, abusive automation, or unauthorized collection or export of data;
  • manipulation of points, rankings, ratings or metrics;
  • selling, transferring or sharing an account;
  • any conduct that harms the security, reputation, stability or experience of the platform.

10. Moderation, reports and removal

Triboo and those responsible for the communities may moderate, restrict or remove content and accounts under these Terms, internal rules, legal obligations and security measures.

Anyone, whether or not they use the platform, may report content or an account, including criminal or unlawful content, through the e-mail address info@triboo.net.br, which is permanently available, stating the content or account, its location on the platform and the reason for the report. Receipt will be confirmed, and Triboo will review the report diligently and may take down content it considers unlawful or contrary to these Terms.

Women facing violence can also get help from the Central de Atendimento à Mulher – Ligue 180, a free, confidential helpline available 24 hours a day: phone 180, WhatsApp (61) 9610-0180 or e-mail central180@mulheres.gov.br.

Content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children or adolescents, terrorism, anti-democratic acts, inducement to suicide or self-harm, incitement to discrimination, violence against women or human trafficking will be taken down as a priority, as soon as Triboo becomes aware of it, regardless of any report.

Intimate or nude content disclosed without the consent of the person shown will be taken down within the timeframes set by regulation, counted from notification by the affected person or their representative.

For allegations of harm to honour or reputation, Triboo may wait for a court order, without prejudice to removing content that breaches these Terms. During the electoral period, content that breaches electoral law will be handled under the rules and timeframes of the Electoral Courts. In every case, Triboo will comply with court orders and preserve the necessary records.

10.1 Complaints about copyright, trademark or likeness infringement

A rights holder who identifies content published on Triboo that infringes copyright, a trademark, likeness or another right may file a complaint through the e-mail address info@triboo.net.br, stating:

  • the complainant's identification and contact details;
  • identification of the content and its location on the platform, with a link or precise indication;
  • a description of the right infringed and of the ownership claimed;
  • a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, their representative or the law.

On receiving the complaint, Triboo will review the request, may ask for further information, and may restrict or remove the content, preserving the necessary records.

Whenever it is possible and safe to do so, Triboo will inform the person responsible for the content and allow them to provide explanations or demonstrate authorization. Where the content is shown to be lawful, removed content may be reinstated.

Accounts with repeated infringements may be suspended or closed.

This procedure is internal and does not replace legal remedies. Taking content down under a court order will follow the Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework (Marco Civil da Internet) and the other applicable rules, independently of this section.

10.2 Challenging moderation decisions

Anyone whose content is removed or whose account is restricted, suspended or closed will be informed of the decision and its grounds, whenever it is possible and safe to do so. Likewise, anyone who reported content will be informed when the decision is to keep it.

In both cases, the decision may be challenged through the e-mail address info@triboo.net.br within 30 (thirty) days. The challenge will be reviewed by a person and, whenever possible, by someone other than the person who took the decision. If the decision is reversed, the content or access will be reinstated, or the reported content will be removed.

10.3 Moderation rules and transparency

These Terms and the Community Rules make up Triboo's moderation rules, which are published in an accessible way and reviewed periodically. Triboo will publish transparency reports on the reports received and the measures taken, in the form and at the frequency required by regulation.

11. Points, levels and rankings

Where available, points, levels, rankings, badges and progress exist for engagement and organization. They have no financial value, do not constitute currency and may be adjusted or removed. Benefits tied to those mechanics will follow the specific rules of the community or campaign.

Triboo may correct scores and cancel benefits obtained through fraud, manipulation, automation or abuse.

Draws, raffles, contests or prizes with economic value linked to a community are not permitted without the prior authorization required by the law on free prize distribution. The creator is responsible for any prizes they offer.

12. Triboo plans, subscription fee and transaction fee

Creators may subscribe to Triboo plans combining a subscription fee, a transaction fee and additional features. The applicable amounts, percentages, limits, benefits and frequency will be shown before purchase and may be set out in specific commercial conditions.

Because the V1 pricing structure is still being validated, these Terms do not fix permanent amounts. Price or fee changes will not be applied retroactively to periods already paid for and will be communicated before the next renewal, subject to legal rights.

13. Payments by third parties

Charges in Brazilian communities are made in Brazilian reais (BRL) and processed by Asaas. Other currencies and other providers will only be available once Triboo officially announces the corresponding operation.

The user will also be subject to the payment provider's terms, checks, anti-fraud policies and rules.

Triboo does not store full card data. It may receive from the provider identifiers, payment status, amounts, dates, failure reasons, chargeback, refund and reconciliation data, and other information needed to control access and operation.

Approval of an account, sub-account, charge or transaction depends on the provider and on regulatory requirements. Triboo does not guarantee approval, review times or the availability of any given payment method.

14. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Where the offer is recurring, the charge will renew automatically at the stated frequency until cancelled. Before subscribing, the user must be able to see the price, frequency, approximate charge date, benefits and how to cancel.

The user may cancel future renewals through a tool accessible in the account, without prejudice to other channels offered. Cancellation stops future charges, but does not automatically produce a refund for a period already started, save for a legal right, a failure to deliver or a more favourable policy.

Triboo will send confirmation of the cancellation or of the request by electronic means.

A creator who changes the price of a subscription must notify members at least 30 (thirty) days in advance. The new price only applies from the first renewal after that period, and the member may cancel before it without any penalty.

Requests for information, questions, complaints, suspension or cancellation will have their receipt confirmed immediately, through the same channel the user used, and will be answered within 5 (five) days, by Triboo or by the creator, as applicable.

14.1 Failed renewal payments

If a renewal payment is not completed on the due date, the member keeps access to the community for 7 (seven) calendar days. For subscriptions paid by credit card, the payment provider may retry the charge during that period.

If the payment is not completed within that period, the subscription to that community ends and the pending charge is cancelled, without affecting the member's account or their other communities. To take part again, the member may purchase the community again.

No late fees or interest are charged.

15. Right of withdrawal and refunds

For purchases made away from business premises, the consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of purchase or from the date access to the purchased content is released, whichever date is more favourable to the consumer. The request may be made through the same tool used to purchase, without prejudice to the other channels stated in the offer.

Receipt of a withdrawal request will be confirmed immediately. The amounts paid will be returned in full, immediately and adjusted for inflation, and the financial institution or card issuer will be notified so that the charge is not posted to the statement or, if already posted, is reversed.

The creator may, on their own initiative, offer a refund period longer than the statutory one. In that case, they must state it on the offer page before purchase and honour it. No period offered by the creator replaces or reduces the right of withdrawal provided for by law.

In paid communities, the supplier of the offer is the creator responsible for the community. The creator is the holder of the charge, receives the amounts directly through the payment provider, and is responsible for returning them, both in the cases required by law and in those set out in the community's own policy. Refunds that do not arise from withdrawal will be processed within 10 (ten) calendar days of the request.

Triboo provides the request tool, forwards the request to the creator, records its progress and stops future charges.

Triboo may step in to protect the member, including by processing the refund on the creator's behalf, stopping charges, restricting the offer or suspending the community, where the creator fails to meet a refund obligation on time, abandons the community or fails to make the agreed delivery.

No community policy may reduce the mandatory consumer rights provided for by law.

Requests: triboo.net.br/refunds and support at info@triboo.net.br.

16. Payouts, transfers, chargebacks and reserves

In paid communities, the creator is the holder of the charge. Amounts are paid by the member directly into the creator's account or sub-account at the payment provider, which is responsible for settlement, for splitting amounts and for the transfer, under its own rules and the plan purchased.

Triboo is not the holder of the charge, does not hold funds and does not act as a payment institution. Triboo receives from the provider the subscription fee and the transaction fee applicable to the creator's plan, plus the information needed to control access and operation.

  • Settlement and transfer timeframes: set by the payment provider, as described in section 6 of the Creator Terms;
  • Triboo fees: according to the creator's plan, stated before the plan is purchased and in section 6 of the Creator Terms;
  • Payment provider fees: not included in Triboo's fee, and deducted by Asaas from the amount the creator receives, under its own conditions;
  • Reserves, holds and negative balance: applied under the payment provider's rules;
  • Chargebacks, reversals and refunds: borne by the creator, as holder of the charge.

Triboo may set off amounts owed by the creator in respect of subscription fees, transaction fees, fraud, processing errors or contractual obligations, provided the set-off is evidenced and complies with the law and the applicable commercial conditions.

17. Taxes, tax documents and KYC

Each party is responsible for the taxes and tax documents that fall to it. Creators must keep their registration valid, provide true tax information and meet the applicable professional and business requirements.

Triboo or the payment provider may require an individual or company tax ID (CPF, CNPJ), corporate documents, bank details, an address, information about beneficiaries and other identity, fraud prevention and compliance checks.

18. Professional, educational and specialized content

Communities may deal with legal, financial, medical, technical, aesthetic, behavioural and other subjects. Educational content and opinions do not replace individual advice. Creators must observe the rules of their professional bodies and the rules on advertising, ethics and confidentiality.

Triboo does not guarantee financial, professional, academic, legal, medical, aesthetic or personal results arising from third-party content.

19. Triboo's intellectual property

The Triboo brand, software, interface, visual identity, database, flows and institutional materials belong to Triboo or to its licensors. The user receives no ownership rights and may not copy, sell, license, reverse-engineer or exploit the platform without authorization.

20. User content and operational licence

The user retains ownership of the content they publish. By publishing, they grant Triboo a non-exclusive, worldwide licence, for the period necessary, to host, store, technically reproduce, transmit, convert formats, automatically translate into other languages, classify by topic, display within the chosen permissions, protect, moderate, back up and make the content available for the operation, support and security of the platform.

The operational licence does not authorize external advertising use of the user's content, name, likeness or brand. Use in campaigns, case studies or promotional materials requires authorization, a contract or another valid legal basis.

The user warrants that they hold the rights and authorizations over the content published and will answer for infringements caused by material they provided.

When the user closes their account, the content they published in communities, such as posts and comments, will be deleted or may remain visible to preserve the continuity of conversations, without the name, photo or any other data that identifies them. The user may request the deletion of specific content, before or after closing the account, subject to the legal grounds for retention.

21. Use of likeness, testimonials and results

Triboo will only use a name, likeness, brand, testimonial, screenshot, metric or success story for promotional purposes where there is authorization, a contract or an adequate legal basis. The authorization must state the context and purpose and may be withdrawn where legally applicable.

A creator may only use members' posts, testimonials, screenshots or results to promote their community with the member's authorization or in a way that does not allow the member to be identified.

22. Artificial intelligence and use of content

Triboo uses artificial intelligence to automatically translate community text — such as posts, comments, course content, community names and descriptions, event titles and descriptions, tags, and channel and channel-group names — into other languages, and to classify content by topic. Direct messages are never sent to artificial intelligence suppliers. Automatic translations may contain errors, and the original content prevails. The suppliers and the data involved are described in the Privacy Policy.

Triboo does not use content published in communities — including posts, comments, lessons, files and messages — to train its own artificial intelligence models or to train third-party models.

Triboo may use aggregated, statistical or anonymized data that does not identify users or communities in order to measure use, improve the product and produce internal indicators.

Triboo may offer integrations that let the user themselves connect external assistants or tools to their account. In those integrations, access takes place with the user's authorization and under their instruction, limited to the permissions they already hold on the platform, and the external tool's use of the data is governed by the respective supplier's terms. The user may request that an integration be disconnected at any time.

An integration connected by a creator or administrator may access the community's content within that person's permissions, and that person is responsible for the tool's use of it.

Should Triboo come to offer other artificial intelligence features that use identifiable content from a community, those features will be announced specifically, with clear information about the purpose, the data used, the controls available and the applicable legal basis, and, where required, with consent or fresh acceptance.

23. Privacy and personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Creators, administrators and moderators must respect permissions, confidentiality and authorized purposes, and may not sell lists, carry out scraping, export data without need or reuse data for incompatible campaigns.

In V1, communities where taking part, in itself, reveals members' sensitive data are not allowed — for example, support communities for people with a physical or mental health condition, religious communities, communities centred on a sexual orientation, or communities tied to a political party. Communities on those subjects with an educational or professional purpose, where taking part does not reveal a member's condition, belief, orientation or affiliation, remain allowed, in line with the Creator Terms.

24. Communications

Triboo may send operational communications about the account, security, payments, access, events purchased, support, changes and platform operation. Marketing from Triboo, from communities or from partners will follow the preferences and legal bases described in the Privacy Policy.

24.1 How we send notices and notifications

Triboo's communications will be sent to the e-mail given at sign-up and, where applicable, displayed inside the platform. It is the user's responsibility to keep their e-mail and other contact details up to date and accessible.

A communication sent to the registered e-mail or made available on the platform is deemed received. Notices affecting price, charges, access or purchased rights may also be displayed inside the platform. Non-receipt for a reason attributable to the user, such as an out-of-date e-mail address, a full mailbox, or a block or filter they configured, does not affect the validity of the notice; for a reason not attributable to the user, it will have no effect against them.

Communications from the user to Triboo must be sent through the channels listed in section 32.

Notices that require a specific form by law, such as judicial notifications, will follow the applicable legal procedure.

25. Availability, maintenance and dependencies

Triboo will seek to keep the service working, but may carry out maintenance, updates and fixes. Availability also depends on internet access, hosting, authentication, e-mail, payments and other third parties.

Triboo does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, but will take reasonable measures for continuity, security, backup and the communication of relevant failures. This clause does not exclude legal liability for Triboo's own failures, breach of contract, security or consumer rights.

26. Evolving features

Triboo may change features, provided it does not remove an essential delivery already purchased without an adequate solution. Future features, such as a native app, marketplace, advanced analytics, automations, deep customization, real-time chat, artificial intelligence features beyond automatic translation or international payments, will only be considered available once officially announced.

27. Account suspension and termination

Triboo may suspend, limit or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, a security risk, infringement of third parties' rights, a legal obligation or use incompatible with the platform. Non-payment for a community only affects access to that community, as set out in section 14.1; non-payment of a Triboo plan is governed by the Creator Terms. Whenever it is possible and safe to do so, the user will be informed of the measure and its grounds and may challenge it under section 10.2.

The user may request that their account be closed, subject to payments, legal retention requirements, outstanding obligations, data needed for the defence of rights and the rules of the Privacy Policy.

27.1 Members of paid communities

Where a member of a paid community has their access terminated by Triboo or by the creator without having breached these Terms, the community's rules or the law, the creator will refund the amount proportional to the paid and unused period. Where the termination results from a breach by the member, there will be no refund of the current period, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and to the challenge provided for in section 10.2.

Where a paid community is removed by Triboo, or suspended in a way that prevents members from accessing what they purchased, future charges will be stopped and the creator will refund members the amount proportional to the paid and unused period, and Triboo may step in under section 15.

28. Closing a community

A creator closing a paid community must notify the members, stop future charges and honour outstanding deliveries, refunds or obligations. Triboo may take measures to protect members and process cancellations where the creator abandons the community, fails to deliver or breaks the law.

Once the community or the creator's plan is closed, members keep access to the content they already paid for until the end of the paid period, or receive a pro-rata refund for the unused period, and there will be no new charges. Offers and commercial conditions more favourable to the member prevail over this rule.

28.1 Member data obtained by the creator

If the creator exports or extracts member data through any feature the platform offers, they become an independent controller of that data and take on the corresponding obligations under the LGPD, including as regards purpose, legal basis and the recorded communication preferences. Full payment data, data on members of other communities and Triboo's internal security logs are not made available to the creator.

29. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triboo is not liable for third-party opinions, promises or content; for professional decisions taken on the basis of them; for dealings carried out outside the platform; for misuse of the account by the user; or for force majeure events or failures attributable solely to third parties.

The limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, unlawful data processing, a security failure attributable to Triboo, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or breach of Triboo's own obligations.

30. Changes to the Terms

Triboo may update these Terms. Material changes, such as price, fees, renewal, liability, data processing or a relevant reduction of a purchased benefit, will be communicated before they take effect. Where necessary, fresh acceptance may be requested. A user who does not agree with a material change may close their account or cancel their subscriptions before it takes effect, without any penalty.

Continued use may indicate awareness only for non-material changes and for changes that do not require specific consent or acceptance by law.

30.1 Assignment and succession

Triboo may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in the event of a corporate reorganization, merger, acquisition, spin-off, incorporation or sale of assets, provided the assignee assumes the obligations set out here and the transaction does not reduce rights already purchased. Users will be informed where the transaction involves a relevant change in the provision of the service or in the processing of personal data.

The user may not assign or transfer their account, their contractual position or their community to third parties without Triboo's prior authorization.

31. Governing law, Brazil and future expansion

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In consumer relationships, the consumer's legally competent forum will be respected. In all other relationships, the courts of the district of Foz do Iguaçu/PR are elected, save where a mandatory rule provides otherwise.

Should Triboo be offered in other countries, local annexes and specific conditions may apply. Future availability in Latin America does not mean that these Brazilian Terms override the mandatory laws of each country.

31.1 General provisions

  • Severability: if any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
  • No waiver: not enforcing an obligation does not mean waiving the right to enforce it later.
  • Applicable documents: on personal data matters the Privacy Policy prevails; on the operation of communities, the Creator Terms; specific commercial conditions more favourable to the user prevail over these Terms.
  • Language: the Portuguese version prevails over any translation.
  • Survival: the provisions on outstanding payments, refunds, intellectual property, data protection, liability and jurisdiction continue to apply after the account is closed.
  • External channels: consumers may also file complaints at consumidor.gov.br or with consumer protection bodies, without prejudice to Triboo's channels.
